Is this retreat for me?
This retreat is set in a beautiful rainforest upon a hill.

The theme of this retreat is a relaxing one with the aim to help your body and mind gain strength and increase wellbeing.
This is not a type of bootcamp! We offer gentle precise (and challenging..) Pilates teaching and we will assist you and guide you each day as one within the group. The Pilates sessions are taken on the floor on mats with the added use of small props like therabands etc..
A good level of fitness is required. If you are injured or are experiencing any limitation you will find the retreat significantly challenging - this may affect your ability to participate.
The retreat is set into a hill on a steep 50m slope. You will regularly be walking up and down this to access everything.

The mindfulness/meditation sessions are simple and practical techniques, they are non-religious. They can be taken sitting on a chair or the floor to suit.

Things to consider-
Do I feel ok to regularly walk up and down a steep hill to reach my room, the studio, the dining room or the beach and pool?
Do I feel comfortable in a natural bush setting where insects and wildlife are present?
Am I comfortable doing Pilates on the floor on a mat?
Do I want to have a great retreat in the beautiful tropics with two caring teachers and other like-minded people?..!
