             Join us in our tenth year of offering Pilates health retreats. 

             The retreat is set in a beautiful venue  amongth the lush

             tropical hills of Bali surrounded by serene rice paddies. The

             venue is near Ubud which  has been  known for a long time

             as the centre for art, dance and music in Bali. Over the

             past few decades it has also developed into a popular place

             for Yoga, health and well being.

 

             This retreat offers you a chance to replenish and rejuvenate

             in a lush retreat setting practicing Pilates and mindfullness,

             eating healthy food relaxing and having fun!

 

 

     The retreat includes

 

            The venue is a beautiful health and wellbeing centre in

            the hills of Ubud set amongst manicured gardens. The

            majority of the food is organic and grown on location.
